We extend the lives of asphalt shingles with a Soy based oil that soaks into the asphalt shingle to rehydrate the asphalt base.
After a thorough inspection if we find no leaks and under 30% granule loss the roof will qualify for a Roof Maxx Soylution treatment. We get a satellite measurement picture of the roof to confirm the size and then meet with the property owner and present our background and how our service works.
We then schedule the job and complete the restoration process and give the homeowner a five-year warranty.
